Gerald Eve makes partner promotions

Gerald Eve has made a number of senior promotions across the business, as it expands its reach after becoming part of Newmark in March.

Partner promotions include: Neil Hamilton in the leisure team; Felix Hartley Russell in capital markets; Natalie Rowland, Gary Brook and Peter Edgar in the planning team; Peter Dinnick in offices lease consultancy, and Chandra Hughes from the property and asset management team.

An additional 25 employees from across the business were also promoted, including 21 promotions to senior associate and associate level.

Gerald Eve said half of those promoted were women, exemplifying its “commitment to recognising and rewarding its talent while underscoring the valuable role of female leaders in the future of the property industry”.

Simon Prichard, senior partner at Gerald Eve, said: “With the wealth of talent at Gerald Eve and so much great work going on across a multitude of niche areas, it’s great to see colleagues being recognised and rewarded for the unique talents they bring.

“As we embrace the new opportunities that being part of Newmark offers and continue to make strides in the areas of sustainability and equity, diversity and inclusion, these are exciting times for our team as we continue to shape the places in which we live and work.”

Nasdaq-listed Newmark bought the business in March.
