Developer W.RE has mandated RX London and Cushman & Wakefield to prelet its mixed-use St Pancras campus in Camden, N1.
The 250,000 sq ft scheme on a former industrial site in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter will include 160,000 sq ft of sustainable office and light industrial space, as well as two residential buildings with 33 flats.
The project will use on-site energy generation to help power all-electric buildings and a fully decarbonised grid, with no fossil fuels used on site. The project is expected to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and to be net zero carbon in operation.
It is expected to complete in Q1 2024.
