WFH ‘not going to work’, says Amazon boss

Amazon’s chief executive has told workers to turn up to the office or face the sack.

Andy Jassy, who was appointed at the end of 2020, instructed employees in February to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office by May.

In a “fishbowl” meeting this month, he said staff were not taking him seriously, adding to those not willing to return to their desks that “it’s probably not going to work out for you”.
