PGIM Real Estate has named Cathy Marcus and Raimondo Amabile as co-chief executives.
The pair will take on the roles in October, with Marcus keeping her role as global chief operating officer and Amabile remaining global chief investment officer.
Outgoing chief executive Eric Adler (pictured) will become president and chief executive of the newly-created PGIM Private Alternatives.
The company has made other leadership appointments under Marcus and Amabile. Deputy head of Europe Sebastiano Ferrante has been made head of Europe, while Soultana Reigle, a senior portfolio manager for US equity value-add strategies, has been promoted to head of US equity, replacing Marcus.
Enrique Lavin, currently deputy head of Latin America, has been appointed head of Latin America.
Christina Hill takes on a newly-created role as global head of asset management and sustainability.
