Lambert Smith Hampton has signed for 5,000 sq ft at Windmill Green in Manchester city centre.
It has taken a five-year lease on the office at 24 Mount Street, which will become the agency’s regional hub for the North West of England. It will move in later this month.
The move follows a strategic reorganisation, during which LSH has retained key members of the team and continued to identify and integrate external talent.

LSH’s decision to establish a hub at Windmill Green was influenced by the office’s strong ESG credentials and Wired Score Platinum connectivity rating.
Other occupiers in the building include co-working space provider Hana, game studio Odyssey Interactive and Dutch electronics company Onstream.
Christiaan Flatley, senior director and head of LSH’s Manchester office, said: “Our relocation has been planned for some time and we have listened to what our team has told us is important to them, following a return to office strategy, and Windmill Green delivers on all fronts.”
Adam Ramshaw, executive director and head of consultancy services at LSH, added: “With this new office, we have secured a dynamic, attractive and collaborative space which supports our wider ESG ambitions while creating a working environment which will enable us to continue to provide agile solutions for clients, whilst also playing a vital role in the continued search for new talent.”
Windmill Green is owned and managed by Trinova. Savills and Avison Young are joint letting agents.
