Cushman hires for new Midlands resi partner role

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Emily Fox to a newly created partner role to lead its residential valuation and advisory team in the Midlands.

Emily Fox

Fox has spent the past decade running an independent consultancy business in the region. Prior to this, she worked for a variety of real estate firms including John D Wood & Co and Lambert Smith Hampton.

In her new role, Fox will be responsible for providing residential valuation and advisory services to banks, institutional investors and developers across the Midlands.

She will work with the firm’s UK-wide specialist teams supporting clients in the purpose-built student accommodation, build-to-rent and residential development markets. Regionally, she will also lead the Birmingham team’s business development and growth strategy.

Jonathan Stickells, head of residential valuation and advisory UK at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “This new partner role has been created to further enhance our advisory service for living sector clients in the region. Emily’s expertise will help clients unlock hidden value from their assets, enabling them to deliver successful developments and investments.”
