Zetland Capital Partners has sold its Queensbridge Quarter site in Stratford, E15, to a private purchaser.
The 1.58-acre site, currently occupied by Buzz Bingo, has an estimated GDV of £150m based on its redevelopment for residential use.
James Barton, department head in the residential development land team at Knight Frank, said: “Queensbridge Quarter’s successful sale, underscored by the strong market interest for this site, illustrates its remarkable redevelopment potential.
“This deal sends a clear signal that, after a period of turbulence and volatility, the market is finally back open for business. We firmly believe this transaction will unlock the site’s full potential.”
Zetland Capital was advised by Knight Frank and Mills & Reeve Solicitors, with Ridgelift AM acting as asset managers. Commercial property agency Alex Martin acted for the purchaser.
