Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO has signed for three floors at Eden, Greater Manchester.
The £36m office building, spanning 115,000 sq ft, is being delivered by English Cities Fund, a joint venture between Muse, Legal & General and Homes England.
BDO has taken 23,000 sq ft at Eden as a base for its Manchester team, which will relocate to the building in early 2024.
The deal comes as the firm has committed to become net zero by reducing its operational emissions, adopting renewable energy, and moving towards working from sustainable office spaces.
Earlier this year law firm TLT took the top two floors in the building, measuring 20,000 sq ft.
Eden is a key part of ECF’s £1bn regeneration of the Salford Central area into a mixed-use destination.
Retained letting agents on the building are JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and OBI Property. Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of BDO.
