Feldberg Capital has signed two leasing deals at Regal House, its newly refurbished office in Twickenham.
Existing tenant Fact Worldwide has signed a new 10-year lease for 15,433 sq ft, upsizing the space it occupied since 2014 by around 7,000 sq ft.
Training company Hawk Management has moved into 3,097 sq ft on a five-year lease.
Regal House was acquired for the Akoya venture in 2022 in a move to create a £1bn portfolio of sustainable workplaces in Greater London. The 30,000 sq ft building has undergone a refurbishment, including a new reception and café area as well as cycle provisions.
