GPE shakes up senior team to focus on flex

GPE has shaken up its senior team to add more firepower to its flex workspace offer.

Simon Rowley, previously director of office leasing, has taken on the newly created role of director of flex workspaces.

GPE said the promotion was part of its focus on “growing our flex offer to more than 1m sq ft”.

The promotion comes as customer experience and flex director Steven Mew, workplace services director David O’Sullivan and director of innovation James Pellatt leave the developer.

Other changes include Jordan McLean joining GPE in the newly created role of director of IT, innovation and digital transformation.

Customer experience director Rebecca Bradley’s role will be expanded to lead GPE’s new customer strategy and insights team, and director of projects Helen Hare will now have responsibility for the building surveying and technical services teams.

Chief executive Toby Courtauld said: “Our markets are evolving and customers are increasingly discerning. With our clear focus on delivering market-leading customer service in our prime central London spaces, these changes further align our team to ensure we meet our customers’ needs. We are pleased to be promoting from within, while also welcoming new talent to GPE, and we thank Steven, David and James for their valuable contributions and wish them continued success in their next endeavours.”
