Kelvin Properties has submitted plans to Glasgow City Council for a 134-bed purpose built student accommodation scheme in the west end of the city.
The planned development, ranging from five to seven storeys, will be located at the junction of Kelbourne Street and Queen Margaret Drive, near the Botanic Gardens.
The site has prior planning permission for a 39-home development, granted in July 2022.
Kelvin said the change is due to the significant increase in the shortage of student accommodation since the initial planning permission.
The site will be operated by This Is Fresh, pending approval.
