Town Centre Securities has added to its team with two hires as it sets out to expand its portfolio and development pipeline.
Lynsey Clarke joins the property developer as asset manager for the Merrion Centre in Leeds, which is Town Centre Security’s single largest asset.
She previously worked as associate director at Bradley Hall.
Clarke will support the firm in further development of the Merrion Estate, which welcomed 8.9m internal visitors in 2023.
The move comes shortly after Town Centre Securities lodged proposals to deliver a 1,110 student-bed residential development as part of the next phase of Merrion Centre.
Victoria McLeod has been appointed as area operations manager. She will be overseeing key sites across the firm’s portfolio in both Leeds and Manchester.
