Homes completed by Persimmon fell by a third in 2023.
The housebuilder completed 9,992 homes in 2023, down from 14,868 in 2022.
However, completions were ahead of previous guidance, thanks to a strong performance in Q4.
Group chief executive Dean Finch said: “Persimmon performed well in challenging market conditions, delivering completions ahead of expectations in 2023.”
