Auriens Group has appointed Julie Fawcett as its new chief executive.
Fawcett joins from Nkuku, a homewares manufacturer. She is also a chair at House of Gods Hotel and was previously chief executive of Qbic Hotel and an operating partner at Bridges Ventures.
Fawcett joins Auriens as it plans to undergo a phase of expansion and innovation. Helen Jones, board director, said: “Julie’s track record in strategic growth and deep understanding of the property landscape make her the ideal leader to guide Auriens during this pivotal expansion phase which will include the launch of our second community in Weybridge and the initiation of a substantial growth phase across London and the South.”
Fawcett added: “Auriens is a standout, no-holds-barred pioneer in this nascent industry, and to be leading such an innovative and exciting business is without question a great challenge and one I’m hugely excited about. The team that is already in place at Auriens is exceptional, many of them leaders in their fields, and I feel honoured and excited to become an integral part of this.”
