Artisan Real Estate has appointed Ryder to market a 321-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Glasgow for offers over £60m.
The site is being marketed with a net initial yield of 5.85% assuming purchaser’s costs at 1.8%.
It is located at 292-298 St Vincent Street on the junction of St Vincent Street and Pitt Street in Glasgow’s central business district.
Artisan has planning consent for a 16-storey building containing 321 studio apartments, as well as a gym, café, communal space and five private roof terraces.
The 0.37-acre site is currently occupied by two adjoining purpose-built office blocks, developed in the mid-1980s.
