Developer Rockwell has set out its plans to convert offices into a residential-led tower with up to 38 storeys at 1 Battersea Bridge, SW11.
The existing 10-storey Glassmill office building would be demolished and replaced by the Farells-designed tower.
The proposed development would provide up to 170 homes as well as limited flexible commercial space, community and amenity spaces. Works are expected to take place over a circa two-year period, with the premises occupied from 2027.
An EIA scoping application was filed with Wandsworth Council in December last year.
