Workspace Group chief executive Graham Clemett will retire later this year.

The news came as the flex space REIT announced a solid third quarter, adding £7.6m to its rent roll.
Clemett joined Workspace as chief finance officer in 2008, rising to CEO in 2019.
The REIT’s chair, Duncan Owen, has begun the search for a successor.
Clemett said: “After 16 hugely enjoyable years at Workspace, firstly as CFO and the last five years as CEO, it feels the right time for me to announce my retirement. The company is in great shape and well positioned in the current market. I am confident that, with the fantastic team we have across the business, Workspace has an exciting future and will continue to go from strength to strength.”
The FTSE 250 flex space specialist manages 4.6m sq ft of offices across 78 locations in London and the South East.
Some 312 new lettings were completed in Q3, adding £7.6m to the rent roll. Like-for-like rental growth was up a further 1%, to total 7.4% since March 2023. Occupancy was stable at 88%.
The REIT said it had made further progress on its disposals strategy, selling £39m of assets since September and £132m since March.
