About £75m of properties linked to Conservative peer Michelle Mone and her husband have been frozen by the courts.
The court order covers assets including 4 Chester Square, a six-bedroom Belgravia townhouse, currently on the market for £25m, the Ballakew Estate on the Isle of Man, and nine properties in Park Circus, an affluent area of Glasgow.
The bar on selling assets comes as the pair face a National Crime Agency investigation into alleged PPE fraud.
The sale of 4 Chester Square will only be permitted if the CPS is notified in advance before any contracts are exchanged and the proceeds are held in a UK bank account agreed by the agency.
