EY uses turnstile data to get staff back to the office

EY has started monitoring UK employees’ office attendance by using data from office turnstiles.

The statistics are expected to be used as a “carrot rather than a stick” to influence teams to comply with EY’s hybrid working guidelines.

It is understood that at least half of some teams are failing to meet the Big Four firm’s policy of being in the office at least two days a week.
