Gerald Eve appoints trio of partners from CBRE

Gerald Eve has appointed three new partners to the firm, in line with its plans for continued growth in 2024.

Henry Fellows and Matthew Prout join the planning and development team to focus on development agency opportunities in central London.

In operational real estate, Mark Churchouse joins the leisure team as the demand for both individual asset and portfolio valuations continues to increase.

All three appointments join from CBRE.

Fellows was a senior director there, prior to which he spent a decade in Capital Real Estate Partners. He has also held the role of surveyor at JLL.

Prout was senior director of central London development at CBRE, and Churchouse was a senior director and previously worked in both the operator and private practice sectors of the leisure industry.
