Knight Frank promotes trio to proprietary partner

Knight Frank has promoted three staff members to proprietary partner with effect from 1 April.

The trio are: Rebecca Schofield, partner in the industrial agency team and head of the Sheffield office; Charles Olver, head of Chelsea sales; and Jon Reynolds, regional partner leading north, City and east London lettings.

The appointments come after Knight Frank recruited two proprietary partners in mid-2023. Katie Oliphant joined the London offices team in July and is a member of the London offices board, while Karen Bowes joined as chief people officer in April and sits on the group executive board.

William Beardmore-Gray, senior partner and group chair at Knight Frank, said: “Becoming a proprietary partner is recognition of the extraordinary achievements, exceptional leadership, and commitment to excellence that these individuals have demonstrated over many years. Through their extensive industry knowledge and experience, collaborative approach, and dedication to their teams and business areas, they contribute greatly to our organisation’s growth and success.

“It makes me incredibly proud that we can grow our leadership through the development and recruitment of such high calibre individuals and ensure that our partnership continues to go from strength to strength.”
