The Arab British Chamber of Commerce is selling its office building at 43 Upper Grosvenor Street, W1. It has instructed Mellersh & Harding to handle the sale and is seeking offers over £16m, reflecting £1,391 per sq ft. The converted townhouse spans 11,500 sq ft over five storeys. It is located opposite the new Chancery Rosewood hotel and has a 90-seat lecture theatre and 1,200 sq ft private garden. The long leasehold to the site, which has approximately 99 years unexpired term, is being offered with full vacant possession.
