Body Shop has formally entered administration, putting 200 stores at risk.
The retailer has hired administrators from FRP Advisory to consider options.
It is understood that as many as 100 stores could be closed to bring the number of shops in line with competitors such as Lush and L’Occitane.
Landsec is one of the Body Shop’s biggest landlords. Others include Network Rail and Nuveen Real Estate.
