Degree for estate agents launched

The Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, has launched a two-year foundational course in residential estate agency.

The first students will begin the course in September.

Applicants must have at least five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including in English language and maths, as well as at least one A-level or equivalent, making up 56 Ucas points. This can be achieved with a C and a D grade.

It will cost from £9,250 per year to enrol.

The college also runs courses in real estate and rural land management.
