Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath has signed for 14,534 st ft on level 18 of Stanhope and Mitsubishi Estate’s 8 Bishopsgate, EC2.
The US firm, which has its headquarters in Minneapolis, is taking the space on a 10-year lease agreement. Rents were undisclosed.
The 50-storey building has achieved rents of more than £90 per sq ft this year. Reinsurance provider SCOR took 50,000 sq ft at £91.24 per sq ft in January, according to EG Radius data.
