Zenzic Capital has appointed Simon Brown as head of real estate development finance lending.
Brown, who has previously held role at Investec and Royal Bank of Scotland, has more than 20 years’ experience in deal origination and transaction sourcing and structuring.
Zenzic Capital chief executive Nadine Buckland said: “Many SME real estate developers in the UK are underserved by wider capital markets and are a key area of focus for Zenzic.
