Knight Frank raids JLL for new head of occupier strategy

Knight Frank has appointed Philipp Ueberschaer as EMEA head of occupier strategy and solutions. Ueberschaer joins from JLL, where he as worked since 2006. With more than 18 years’ experience, he has transacted several million sq ft in markets across the globe, advising large corporations from a wide range of sectors on their global portfolios and real estate strategies. At JLL, Ueberschaer worked across Germany, France, London most recently as managing director of the international desk in New York. In his new role at Knight Frank, Ueberschaer will work closely with Mike Bowden, managing director of Europe, and Anthony Duggan, chair of Europe, to grow the firm’s European occupier platform, supported by Tim Armstrong, global head of occupier strategy and solutions. Based in London, Ueberschaer will also work with Richard Proctor, head of UK occupier strategy and solutions Armstrong said: “As global occupier requirements become increasingly complex, we are very pleased to bring Philipp on board to lead across EMEA.
