Retail food chain Farmfoods has appointed Knight Frank to find a new owner for a 179,000 sq ft industrial building located on the 600-acre Central Park warehouse and distribution development in Avonmouth, Bristol.
The facility has a price tag of £27.6m, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.5%, and will be offered on a sale and leaseback basis.
The building currently serves as a distribution centre for Farmfoods and will be let to the firm for a term of 15 years, with upwards-only rent reviews to the higher of open market value or indexation.
Central Park became home to Farmfoods in 2014. Its distribution centre was delivered by Delta, along with its development partner Roxhill, as a design-and-build freehold project.
Other occupiers at Central Park include Amazon, DHL, CHEP UK, Lidl, The Range, Mountpark and Davies Turner.
