Gleeson Homes has submitted a planning application for 600 homes on a development in Spilsby, Lincolnshire.
The site will be developed in partnership with Cyden Homes, featuring a range of two- to four-bedroom homes.
The development is also expected to deliver public realm space, allowing for a nature zone, outdoor walking trail, and play area.
Full planning permission for a new medical centre has already been granted on the site, which will be progressed alongside the development.
The application was submitted following Gleeson identifying Lincolnshire as a key growth region as the company looks to execute its medium-term target of 3,000 home completions per annum.
Gleeson Homes chief executive Mark Knight said: “This is a significant site for Gleeson, and a sign of things to come as we continue to deliver on the strategic initiatives set out at our 2023 Capital Markets Day.”
