Lambert Smith Hampton has named Jonathan Cook as a director in its office agency division in Manchester.
Cook will focus on growing LSH’s agency presence across the North West, as well as supporting the consultancy’s growing pipeline of instructions across the region. In his new role, Cook will be charged with helping to drive the consultancy’s office sector work forward in Manchester, where he will be working alongside fellow director Adam Robson as they look to spearhead its North West charge over the coming months and years.
Having spent almost a decade at CBRE, Cook gained experience in the Manchester office market, where he had worked with a number of notable North West landlord and occupier clients including CBRE IM, Boultbee Brooks, APAM, M&G, Clearbell, Aviva, Credit Suisse, Helical, Orchard Street Investment Management, Peel, Orbit Developments, Bruntwood, Ask Real Estate, Property Alliance Group, NFU Mutual and Deka.
The appointment comes at a time of strategic growth for LSH’s Manchester office, which has made a number of key senior appointments in the past 12 months while transactional service lines boast more than 100 professionals operating across the entire UK.
Ryan Dean, national head of transactional services at LSH, said: “Jonathan brings with him a wealth of experience and key industry contacts which will only add significant value to both clients and colleagues alike, and I welcome him as we continue to grow our team and market presence across the region.”
Christiaan Flatley, head of LSH’s Manchester office, added: “With a growing pipeline of instructions from both landlord and occupier clients, we are adding vital strength in depth to our agency capabilities.”
