Regional REIT has signed two new tenants at Lightyear, an office it owns close to Glasgow Airport.
Heathrow Airport has taken 15,121 sq ft on a 15-year lease, while Rolls-Royce has leased 15,116 sq ft for 10 years.
The latest deals mean the office is more than 90% let with annual rental income of £1.3m. Other tenants include Scottish airline Loganair, housebuilder Taylor Wimpey and agricultural supplier Cefetra.
Stephen Inglis, chief executive of asset manager London & Scottish Property Investment Management, said: “The grade-A office space is in a prime location in a key regional hub. The asset manager improved the attractiveness of the asset dramatically through several asset management initiatives, a key focus for the company across the portfolio.”
