Home REIT has sold 65 properties at a public auction.
The troubled company, originally established to invest in accommodation for the homeless, said gross proceeds from the sales were £15.9m, in line with a draft valuation from JLL.
Since August 2023, the company has completed the sale of 533 properties and exchanged on a further 240 for gross proceeds of £111.4m.
