Perseus Land & Developments has been given permission to bring forward a care home scheme in Bracknell Forest.
The development, designed by Harris Irwin Architects, will span 72 bedrooms.
It will be delivered in partnership with Barwood Capital
William Chambers, Perseus’ acquisitions director, said: “This was an unconditional site purchase for us and again underscores our willingness to embrace calculated risk and back our own ability to achieve results in planning.
“Testament to good public engagement, consultation and communication in the planning process, we are pleased to have negotiated the planning consent via delegate approval. We are looking forward to this site coming forward for the local community.”
