GPE has made hires and promotions in its flexible office division as it pushes ahead with plans to double its portfolio to more than 1m sq ft.
Felicity Roocke has joined as head of workspaces design and delivery, a new role reporting to director of projects Helen Hare. Roocke has 20 years of experience as a designer, with past roles including head of design at flexible office operator Fora and principal at design practice Hassell.
Roocke will play “a key role in the development and improvement of GPE’s flex offering”, according to an earlier job description of the role, including Cat B/turn-key fitted space, additional building amenities and increased occupier experience.
Chris Stokes will join GPE next month as head of customer experience for flex workspaces, taking on the job from Jack Kelly, who has moved to Office Ready Tech. Stokes moves from The Instant Group, where he held roles including operations director and client services director in a 10-year stint at the company. At GPE he will report to Rebecca Bradley, director of customer experience and relationships.
Trevor Phyo will join in June as a senior development manager from Fora, where he was head of development. He will report to Piers Blewitt, director of development management.
Promotions in the flex team include David Korman, recently named senior flex leasing manager, and Anthony Osho, customer relationships and insights lead. Osho will now be supported by Daniel Burke, who will join from consultancy CACI as insights analyst later this month.
