Home REIT has sold a further 76 properties as the troubled company looks to offload its portfolio of accommodation for the homeless.
At a public auction on 9 May, the company exchanged on sales with gross proceeds of £14.6m, representing 4.5% of its portfolio by August 2023 value. The proceeds are 12.4% below that value.
The latest deals mean that since August 2023, the company has completed the sale of 585 properties and exchanged on a further 262, with proceeds of £125.8m.
