Lichfields adds duo to London planning team

Lichfields has expanded its London office team with planning director and associate hires.

Anna Snow has been appointed as planning director, bringing experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams on significant urban developments across the capital. She joins from Iceni Projects, where she spent eight years as a director in the central London planning team.

In her new role, Snow will lead a team focused on shaping and delivering residential, hotel, commercial and mixed-use developments in the capital, particularly within the Central Activities Zone and inner London boroughs.

Sakhi Sumaria has joined Lichfields from Arup as an associate director. Her role will focus on enhancing the firm’s economic advisory and business case capabilities, drawing on her experience in strategy development for public sector clients and regeneration and infrastructure projects.

Matthew Spry, head of Lichfields’ London office, said: “Their appointments strengthen our services, enhance client connections and support Lichfields as we maintain our pre-eminent position in the market.”
