Present Made links with Miller Homes for 650-home Bedfordshire scheme

Present Made has formed a joint venture with Miller Homes to deliver a 650-home mixed-tenure scheme in Bedfordshire. Miller View, a 170-acre site, will provide 422 private homes, of which 100-150 will be single-family BTR homes and 288 will be affordable. Construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter 2024, with the first homes delivered in 2025. The site forms part of the wider Wixam Park masterplan, which includes 1,500 homes and five acres of employment land. The masterplan has consent for a new primary school, community infrastructure and an 87-acre park. Alan Penfold, managing director at Apache Capital-backed Present Made, said: “The delivery partner model will help Present Made achieve scale faster while ensuring we maintain the highest design, build and operational standards. “This relentless focus has defined Apache Capital’s purpose-built prime multi-family BTR strategy strategy and will see us deliver a new community at Mill View that sees new benchmarks for excellence.”
