Cushman taps JLL for new global FM lead

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed a new global head of integrated facilities management.

David Bukovac joins the business from JLL where he was global operations director.

At Cushman he will work in the global occupier services leadership team with a focus on “providing a seamless offering of services” to the firm’s facilities management clients.

Aubrey Waddell, chief executive of Cushman’s global occupier services business, said Bukovac’s “extensive leadership experience and proven track record make him an invaluable addition as we continue to strengthen our IFM platform”.

Bukovac joins the firm with more than 24 years of experience in the real estate and facilities management industry, having led cross-functional global teams while working for both occupiers and service providers.

“I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive innovative solutions and enhance our service offerings to clients worldwide,” he said.
