Savills IM names chief sustainability officer

Savills Investment Management has promoted Emily Hamilton to chief sustainability officer. Hamilton joined the company in 2020 as head of ESG, moving from Grosvenor where she worked in the sustainability team, latterly as associate director. In her new role at Savills IM, Hamilton will also join the group executive committee. In a social media post about the role, Hamilton paid tribute to her “brilliant and talented colleagues” and said she was “really proud of how we have collaborated to progress along our sustainability journey”. “Still more to do,” she added. “This next phase will be focused on achieving real-world sustainability outcomes.”
