Ascend hires head of BTR leasing

Ascend has appointed Ashleigh Hamilton as head of build-to-rent leasing. In her new role, Hamilton will oversee Ascend’s BTR leasing operations, managing the lead to lease process across over 7,000 single-family homes nationwide. She will also assist with the mobilisation and launch of a significant pipeline of developments, in partnership with both existing and new investor clients. Ascend oversees the SFH platforms of many of the sector’s investors, including PRS REIT, Sigma Capital Group, TPG Real Estate Partners, Gatehouse Investment Management and the Kuwait Investment Authority. Hamilton joins from Dandara Living, where she was head of leasing, prior to which she was a senior lettings manager at Bridgfords.
