Cadogan has hired Seren Hirons as head of place.
Hirons’ background is in marketing in communications, and she was most recently managing director of brand and luxury at Four Communications, where she worked for a decade.
Cadogan credited Hirons with successfully delivering and managing multi-stakeholder programmes for destinations including the City of London, McArthurGlen Designer Outlets, Grosvenor Estate and Oxford Street.
Hirons joins Cadogan as major projects such as the Sloane Street transformation and The Gaumont, a new commercial and creative hub for the King’s Road, near completion.
Those follow the repositioning of Pavilion Road as a new community hub focusing on independent food artisans. Cadogan said progress has also been made on Chelsea 2030, a “stewardship” strategy outlining its environmental and social impact targets.
Cadogan chief executive Hugh Seaborn said “Our purpose is to ensure the long-term vitality of the neighbourhood – working closely with the community to deliver bold and exciting initiatives.
“Seren brings with her a wealth of strategic and creative experience which will be invaluable to the management of the estate as we look to strengthen Chelsea’s position as one of the world’s best places to live, work and visit.”
