Tom Webber has joined Clarion Housing Group as regional development director for the North and Central regions.
Webber most recently worked for Muse as senior development manager overseeing mixed-use schemes including Stockport Exchange and Islington Wharf.
Prior to that, he was at London-based Montreaux, leading on development and planning operations.
The appointment comes despite Clarion’s decision to take a more cautious approach to development in light of challenging market conditions.
During the year to 31 March 2024, Clarion completed 1,538 homes, down from 2,032 in the previous financial year. The group’s future pipeline stood at 19,694 homes at the end of Q1 2024.
