The latest phase of Ledsham Garden Village has been given the green light by Cheshire West and Chester’s planning committee.
Redrow North West will develop 627 homes, a public orchard, allotments and sports pitches off Ledsham Road in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port.
The proposals include one- to five- bedroom houses, with 25% being classed as affordable.
The scheme forms a part of the wider Ledsham Garden Village masterplan, which includes 2,000 homes. The developer has already brought forward 1,015 houses in phases one to five.
Redrow has contributed to local buses to serve the village, as well as new cycle ways and footpaths, health facilities and traffic calming. The firm has also put funds into local regeneration to improve the shops and services of Little Sutton.
