Watkin Jones gets go-ahead for 484-bed Bedminster PBSA scheme

Watkin Jones has received approval for its plans to develop a 484-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Bedminster, Bristol. The development represents one of the final projects of the Bedminster Green regeneration area and follows two years of negotiation and engagement with Bristol City Council. Formerly an engineering works and foundry, the scheme will comprise three buildings ranging from six to 10 storeys. Watkin Jones’ operating company Fresh will manage the site.
