Home REIT has sold a further 133 properties at public auctions.
The company said the sales over recent days accounted for 3.7% of its portfolio by value and were sealed at a combined £11.4m – almost 8% below August 2023 valuations.
Since August 2023, the company has completed on the sale of 774 properties and exchanged on a further 205 properties for a total of £137m, in line with the August 2023 valuation.
