LND.Capital, a specialist real estate lending platform, has appointed Richard Lang as chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
Prior to joining LND, Lang was a partner at Cheyne Capital for 16 years. Previous employers include Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.

His expertise will play a crucial role in driving new lending opportunities and delivering exceptional value to our clients.”
LND was launched in 2022 with £450m of institutional funding to provide commercial real estate borrowers with flexible and loan solutions of between £2m and £30m, with LTV ratios of up to 70% for acquisitions, refinancings and asset upgrades.
