Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Anthony Dixon as head of living land and development.
Dixon joins from Allsop, where he spent the last 14 years in the residential transactional and living markets team providing disposal, acquisition and development advice.
At Cushman, Dixon will lead development and land transactions, and advise clients across the living sectors, including all tenures of residential, senior living, PBSA and co-living.
He will report to David Haynes, head of UK specialist markets, and work alongside head of living, Charles Whitworth, as well as Paul Wickenden, Jim Cooper, and Declan Pope in the living land and development team.
Haynes said: “Our continued investment into our living offering enables us to support the growing number of developers and investors focused on residential opportunities as a viable route to capital growth.
“Anthony is a highly accomplished specialist who joins at a time of significant expansion, both within the living team at Cushman & Wakefield, as well as the wider sector as a whole. Anthony will work with our teams supporting clients on the repurposing of assets and help clients dispose of land and buildings to capitalise on the strength of the living sector.
“The UK living sector is set to enjoy sustained growth over the next five years and Anthony joins a strong team delivering value-adding advice and insight to our clients.”
