KR Developments has appointed Savills and MATH Real Estate Partners to find a buyer for a £125m GDV site in Glasgow, for offers over £10m.
The 2.4 acres site comprises a planning consent for a 424-home build-to-rent scheme located across four blocks, ranging in height from 11 to 14 storeys.
It also includes 48 car parking spaces alongside 538 sheltered bicycle storage spaces.
KRD received planning consent for the site on appeal in 2022.
The site is being marketed with potential for other uses, such as private for sale, co-living, and hotel.
