Evri signs for delivery hub in Sheffield

Delivery firm Evri has expanded its operation facilities in the North of England by adding another warehouse to its portfolio.

It took a recently developed NH7 building on Newhall Road on a 10-year lease.

The new facility, spanning 132,000 sq ft, has PV panels, extensive EV charging, and BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.

The delivery of the facility was funded by Urban Logistics REIT, with Newsholme Developments and UC Build acting as partners.

The development sits on a 12-acre business park, developed and owned by Strawsons Property, in the heart of Sheffield’s Lower Don Valley, providing access to the city centre and junction 34 of the M1.

Other occupiers on site include CLE Electrical Wholesale and clothing retailer One Hundred Stars.

M1 Agency and Commercial Property Partners advised on the deal.
