Richard Simpson takes the podium at Olympian Homes

Olympian Homes has appointed Richard Simpson as its chief executive. Simpson stepped down from his role as chief executive of Watkin Jones in July 2023. Before that, he was group property director at Unite. Olympian Homes said: “The appointment of Richard comes at a pivotal moment for Olympian and our aspirations. Richard brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success across the living sectors that we operate within.”
